Game progress and accounts
Pallas Cat Spikes Challenge does not require a separate game account. Scores, collected candies, games played, settings and app-opening counts are stored locally on your device to provide game features and remember progress. The current version does not use Google Play Games sign-in, online leaderboards or cloud synchronization of progress.
Advertising and related data
The game uses Google AdMob for banner ads and Unity Ads for interstitial video ads. Google's Mobile Ads SDK may collect and share IP addresses, which can indicate approximate location, app and ad interactions, diagnostics, and device or account identifiers such as the Android advertising ID and app set ID. These data support advertising, analytics and fraud prevention.
Unity Ads may process device identifiers, IP address and approximate location, device and app information, and ad views, clicks and other interactions. Unity and its advertising partners use this information to deliver and measure advertising, personalize ads where permitted, and prevent fraud.
See Google's Privacy Policy and Mobile Ads data disclosure, and Unity's Game Player and App User Privacy Policy for their data practices, recipients and privacy controls.
Advertising privacy choices
The game uses Google's User Messaging Platform to check whether an advertising consent message is required and present available choices for Google advertising. When available, you can reopen that form from Credits → Privacy Choices. These Google controls do not necessarily apply to Unity Ads. Unity's policy linked above explains its separate privacy choices and requests.
Android settings also let you reset or delete your advertising ID. Declining personalized advertising does not necessarily remove advertising or all related data processing. Available choices depend on your region, device settings and the advertising service.
Optional sharing, links and support
If you use an available sharing option, the email, messaging or social service you choose processes the content you send and any account information or permissions needed by that service. Sharing is optional. External websites and app stores may receive your IP address and browser or device details when you open their links; their own privacy policies apply.
If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you include to respond to your request. Please do not send passwords or unnecessary sensitive information.
Purposes, legal bases and recipients
Local game data provides the features you request. We process support correspondence for our legitimate interest in responding to users and maintaining the game, and to meet applicable legal obligations. Where consent is required, advertising providers' notices explain the relevant purposes and choices. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing.
Recipients may include Google and Unity and their service or advertising partners, a sharing service you choose, and email providers handling support correspondence. Processing may take place outside your country, including outside the European Economic Area. The providers' policies explain applicable international transfer safeguards.
Retention, security and deletion
Clear the game's app storage in Android settings or uninstall it to remove locally stored progress and settings. Manage device backups separately. Uninstalling does not delete information already held by advertising or sharing services; use their privacy controls or contact them to request deletion. The game has no separate account to close.
We keep support correspondence for as long as needed to handle your request and related legal obligations. Advertising providers determine retention for data they control under their policies. Google states that Mobile Ads SDK data is encrypted in transit. No storage or transmission method guarantees absolute security.
For access, correction or deletion of information controlled by Indie Walkabout, email indie.walkabout.1971@gmail.com with the subject “Pallas Cat privacy request.” Describe the relevant information and your request.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct or erase personal data, restrict or object to processing, receive a portable copy, and withdraw consent. Rights depend on the purpose and legal basis of processing. You can complain to your local data protection authority, including Italy's Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
Children and policy updates
If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can investigate and address your request. We will update this page and its date when the game's data practices or this policy change.
